Shipping and Delivery
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. For each order, you can also find details and tracking information in the My Account section.
Ales Grey does not guarantee any specific delivery dates or times. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Ales Grey accepts returns and exchanges for up to fourteen (14) days after date of receipt of shipment. All items must be returned with tags attached in unworn and new condition, with no marks, stains, scuffs, tears, or visible signs of use or wear, or no refund will be given. Returns and exchanges receive free return shipping within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
All international customers must pay all shipping costs related to returning item(s) from their order for refund or exchange.
